Asset Management Services includes every aspect of monitoring the vessel conditions, the vessels performance, vessel operations in regards to safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning, planned and projected maintenance, regular condition assessment, dry docking and repair review and recommendation, budget control, certification, vetting and others in order to ensure owners and managers do take care of a vessel throughout her life time. We provide external afloat inspections with limited access. Areas covered include corrosion protection, cargo systems, deck and navigational equipment, accommodation, machinery systems and maintenance, logbooks, information on trade, performance reports, loading / discharging rates, out-turn discrepancies, safety equipment, records and status related to classification and marine administrations.

We provide technical solutions for optimizing and upgrading the fleet as well as supporting the business development team with innovations to anticipate future customer needs and market requirements.

Project Management is the planning, organization, control and coordination of all aspects of a project. We offers project management for ship construction, conversion to FPSO/ FSO / VLOC and also major ship repairs managing each project professionally and exceeding the expectations of Asset owners.
We take a very proactive approach to project management. In order to do so, new shipbuilding and ship conversion teams comprise of marine engineers, naval architects, Construction Engineer,superintendents and senior ship officers with extensive experience on all types of vessels are engaged at reputable shipyards worldwide.
We provide engineering services related to marine vessels, ships, and offshore units. A team of highly experienced naval architects, engineers and designers who partner with customers to design hull and Outfitting applications for offshore service vessels, floating production systems, accommodations, and mobile offshore drilling units.
We provideexpertise in engineering, project and construction management and operation of offshore facilities means that our people can meet your needs throughout all phases of a project and the asset lifecycle.
With dedicated teams cooperating with its clients, We can develop detailed engineering and design packages for the project from concept onwards through to delivery, including drawings, shipyard construction specifications, detailed 3D models, and regulatory approval.
Our personnel are highly experienced in shipyard supervision during construction, commissioning and delivery as well as the day-to-day operation of ships, offshore service vessels, floating production systems, floating and storage units.
While we have a very active in house team, we also have access to a pool of very talented and experienced new ship building and ship conversion professionals from India and the Far East.
